Common Questions

Vendor fees vary by category and booth size. Contact us through the form below for current pricing. Artist booth fees help cover event operations, security, and infrastructure.
We recommend applying at least 3-4 weeks before the event you'd like to participate in. Spots fill up quickly, especially for artists and food vendors. Monthly recurring spots may be available.
We welcome all forms of original artwork — paintings, sculptures, photography, printmaking, jewelry, ceramics, textile art, digital art, and more. Work must be original and created by the vendor. No mass-produced or resold items.
Yes, vendors are responsible for their own display setup including tables, canopies/tents, and lighting. We provide the booth space and access to power (limited availability). Detailed setup guidelines are provided upon acceptance.
Yes! We have multiple stages and welcome all genres. Submit your music, press kit, or performance reel through our contact form. We book bands, solo artists, DJs, spoken word performers, and other acts.
Fill out the contact form indicating your interest in volunteering. Volunteer shifts typically run 3-4 hours and include setup, wayfinding, artist assistance, and breakdown. We provide water and snacks. Community service hours are available for students.
